Hey i have alot of experience in runescape, i have been playing on and off for around 7 years now i have achived the following skills "main skills"

    99 attack
    99 strenght
    99 defence
    99 lifepoints
    99 mage
    95 prayer
    92 dungeoneering
    99 herblore
    99 slayer
    99 firemaking
    90 summoning
    and 80% of skills above 75

I have been throught the stages of the following
[list] rebuilding - due to staking
staking
merching
player vs monster "99 slayer"
bossing
flipping
luring
player vs player
money making
gambling - dicing, flower game etc
and much more

i currently have 1.3b bank in the space of 3 months of rebuilding, so if you ever need any advice, post below and i, or maybe someone elese with good runescape knowledge will most likly answer your question.

Don't do base stakes of over 50m, and do Nex.

Rock crabs is not a bad place, as you can gather them and semi-afk, but try the barbarian mines, or whatever there called there is a few in there that are easy xp, Take a look on youtube, also Soulwars is always good fun, and can earn you half decent xp (:
