I'm really pissed right now.

Last night I bought a 1600 at Walmart and used 800 of it to change my GT.

I SOULD have 800 left. Right? well this morning I woke up and tried to buy something from the Marketplace and It said I had 0!

I tried recovering my account, using the code again, and checking it on xbox.com but nothing. I still have 0 MS points.

EDIT: I chatted with them on Xbox.com and they said this!

I do apologize that happened and what I am going to have to do is escalate this to our escalation specialists and they can credit back the points. I see that it happened right after another so it some how submitted twice. Just to let you know it does take about 24-48 hours for them to actually complete it. Is that okay?

Looks like I'm getting them back!
