No there is not , sorry bro...

1: First find out everything thats not working, so go on your NON banned profile and click on a arcade game and if you only have the trial version but your suppose to have the full version then you can do this glitch. for example: you once owend castle crashers but when you click to play its making you re buy it.

2: Now since you found out that u have to re buy it dont!, go on your BANNED profile and sign into xbox live (If you dont know how to sign in to a banned profile use this tut [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )

3: once signed in on your BANNED account go to the marketplace and re download the content that you once owned, for example: re download castle crashers

4: it should download instantly

5: once it downloads and the notification pops up click the notification and click play now

6: after you click play now your banned profile will automaticly be signed out of xbox

7: Here comes the fun part...right when you click play now on the notification quickly sign out of the banned account and sign into your new account and when the games loads up you should have the regular version NOT THE TRIAL and you dont have to re buy

*Easy as that p.s. remember this also works for dlc all you gotta do different is redownload all the dlc at once and once the last dlc is download play the game sign out of the banned one and sign into the new account and you should have your dlc again.
