I recently just came back to RS about 2 weeks ago and was wondering if there are any of you guys who own or are in a good clan that would be willing to let me join? I'm a 106 and very active and have pretty good stats. Let me know:)

It's obvious that he would also accept you as a recruit. He clearly stated that he will be looking for them, but implied that it would be easier to focus on just the founders for now as it is easier to recruit with more people.
