Sometime soon me and my friend are going to jtag my x-box and flash it. we've been looking around for a video or something but they all look so complicated. does anyone know a video or a site to help me out.

Jtaging and flashing IS complicated, no doubt about it, if you don't know what you are doing, don't do it
