I know I'm not console banned cause I can connect to my neighbors Internet and connect to like but not my own

Story- Around 2Pm I disconnected my internet so I can do a USB GPD on Black ops Zombies. When I got done I dashboarded, tried to connect to Live, and It said I was connected to the Network and the Internet, but it said an error when doing the xbox Live connectivity. I unpluged my adapter and let it rest and still no hope. My connection is always perfect and no problems. I have a Toshiba Windows 7 laptop (If that matters) and this is the error code it gave me.

#1. Live Connection Error

Unplug the power from the router or modem for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power, and wait another 30 seconds.

Ive looked up on youtube and can't find anything that helps
