Ok so recently my acer laptop started playing up. at the minute it gets stuck at the windows loading screen and will not go past that.
I am currently running in safe mode and have already tried a restore.
Any suggestions ?

Uhh I haven't ever heard of this problem..
But maybe try not entering safe mode? Hope I helped,

Yeah i think this is what happened to mine so i chucked it in the bin and got an alienware.

Use your security disk if it says on the packing you can if your computer dosent start up correctly put the cd in and go bios and change the setting so it runs from yor cd/dvd drive instead of your hdd

Well u could have a virus on it, a Trojan horse, download super anti spyware or malware bytes and scan your computer

Mine Did that. I had to wait for like 5 hours or so before it wouldnt freeze. I Tried To Restore it then and it worked. Hope this helped
