Here Are My Specs. :

- Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3
- Intel(R)
- Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80 GHz
- 2.81 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM

I have $110 and i'm going to best buy today what should i buy to upgrade in order to play MW3?

Well if you want to play browser based games you could game, but in order to play most pc games you need atleast 2gb of ram but i sugest you go for 4gb of ram.
if you can, buy a radeon 3400 or higher graphics card and get duo core processor's. If your looking to build a gaming pc look here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

That the minimum configuration to play MW3

With 110$ you can't play mw3 sorry.

You need more RAM and a better graphics card.
