Please Help every 30 Mins I keep getting signed out of XBL. And then I Cant access my internet or get online. My Internet is with TalkTalk any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unplug your router and keep it off for 30 seconds and all that jazz.

wireless internet is okay for a laptop , but however for xbox 360 wireless devices can interfere with the connection , so if you can connect using wired connection

Regardless of signal strength,Wireless interference can still occur,Can you go onto Ethernet and test wether you still get disconnections?

I should just turn off your out for 30 seconds if the problem still occurs then just contact your internet provider or try moving the router or internet on box next to your xbox depends on if using wireless or wired connection using a wired connection just turn off your modem internet back on, diffusion wireless put it next to your xbox or try to get a closer t xbox.

look if your Nat Type is open if it isn't open go to your routers web and then click enable UpNp or trigger ports
