its when you have like a capture card and you record like a tenth lobby or modded lobby and put it on a broadcasting website like Justin.tv or ustream

It's when someone with a video capturing device records or just LIVESTREAMS a lobby either 10th/Zombies or could be a mixture of other things, most of the time to prove someone is legit. Hope this helped.
