Plus you can only mod your skyrim save if you have a PC version of it

you can only mod skyrim with a mod tool by jtag
if you want like god mode
carry unlimited
unlimited stamina
and all armor and smithing and shit then go on modio theres some cool games save on there and everything already done (Y)

Well when a mod says to someone they can't post a tool then we'll believe you. As I've seen alot of people in the past on TTG say, no proof it didn't happen...

You may have but to use the editor you need to connect to the server and sign up to another site

99.9% Of Mod tool's are fake or virus
