Nope and I dont think there will be anytime soon. The server checks your rank and puts you back to your old prestige if you try and derank yourself.

Although I did hear of a Savegame that allows you to derank from 11th to 10th but I have never before seen it or heard anymore about it.

no it cant be done anymore because of the patch tryarc did however you can get deranked to level 1 aslong as your prestige doesnt change

for example if someone hasnt prestiged u can put them to level 1 and inless the get someone to host 4 them they cant play waw online anymore
