Problems:
-The lights on the car are not in the right place
-The water does not flow right and left enough
-Bad color correction

really good but the colour is a little over-saturated.

I got the name for a reason XD

The water doesn't actually look like it's flowing. Just looks like a splash of gray clouds.
The Blue doesn't really look good over the whole image.
Also, the bottom right of the wave you can see right through, it could be mist, but it just doesn't look right.
The lighting on the taxi cabs in the wave come from a complete different direction, the cars in the road the light is coming from behind. But in the wave the taxi have lights coming from the left.

I like the speedart also, But kinda overused song.

Improve on lighting and making it look more realistic.
