Steps :
1. Find a friend who has call of duty elite and had downloaded the map and hasn't license transferred.
2. Ask him or her if you can recover there account and license transfer.
3. When on there acount get on your xbox and go all the way to account.
4. hit license transfer and hit A twice then download them.
5. once downloaded go onto call of duty on your friends account and got to multiplayer and private and load any map off the bonus maps.
6. Then sign out and back onto yours and there you go you have the maps (:

License transfering another XBL account could get you permabanned. Microsoft calls it marketplace theft.
