Hey guys, so I have this problem with New Vegas. When you beat the Lonesome Road add on, you get a specific perk based on what you decided at the end of the DLC. And I chose to cancel the nuclear launch then I had to escape, which after I did, a cutscene started to play and after that, I was back in the Mojave Wasteland. Now here's the problem, I got the Divide Survivor Perk which lets me distribute one point into my SPECIAL skill. Now look at the picture below.

That's my issue right there, I have all my SPECIAL maxed out and I was wondering if ANYONE out there would help me out here a bit. ANY help would be appreciated. +REP for the person that helps me out with this bug.
