It is an Opus, which is a rare type of motherboard for jtags.

With or without games installed?
The HDD's are both 20gb, so with XeX menu and a game installed $35 each, no XeX menu and no games, $30 each.
I can install my WaW ISO on the HDD's for an extra $5, if you want to host WaW lobbies with a normal xbox.
