I can remember playing on this game back in November 2007 when you could actually have fun and enjoy the game as a whole

Me and my friends all had at least 40days playing time on this game and it wasn't just back in 2007 we enjoyed this game in 2010 as-well when there weren't lechers getting the mod menu . I too will help this rise above the Mod menus

this is it guys people can't play it and give up on it cuz of mod menus i know i have them but tbh i do prefer cod4 to be back how it was and they should derank everyong to lvl 1 so that they can all level up legit no hacking and all that stuff

So I understand where you guys are coming from, but...

Infinity ward isn't patching this game for multiple reasons...

1. If they patched the game and took away all hacks, there would be very few people left playing the game. Treyarch tried this with world at war. They patched the game, then so many people stopped playing they decided to un-patch it. There's no point in keeping a server up if no-body is going to play on it. Hacks is a big reason why people play these games anymore.

2. Creating a patch for a game, and having Microsoft approve it costs millions of dollars, which infinity ward doesn't want to put into a game that is this old.

I agree that mod menus have gone too far and I know mine is one of the culprits. Simple bind infections/checkerboard maps is all this game needs, but people want mod menus, so that's what we're gonna give them.

That's basically all I have to say about it.

I hear you out Tangy but we all know they should make a remake of it but with different maps missions etc so we can still enjoy the gamplay like it used to be
