You have to learn not to give people your account information its not that hard call Xbox and they might can get it back for you

Try ringing Microsoft directly, not through Xbox's customer services. + If you has any credit cards linked to your email it'll help track it down a lot easer, and if that account isn't yours? That'll clearly show too. Though I can't totally promise you that you'll get your account back if it is yours since I rung them a (I think it's been like three years) concerning my account and their customer service was completely terrible, more so they told me to delete my account and that'll sort out the credential error that I was facing . Anyway... I've gone on some tangent but good luck with sorting it out.
