If I updated my iPhone from iOS 5.0.1 to 5.1 will I lose my Jailbreak and is there a 5.1 jailbreak

You will lose your jailbreak, when you want to jailbreak again, you will have to RESTORE first, otherwise Cydia can **** up.

You could try the iOS 5.0.1 jailbreak on iOS 5.1, I doubt it will work though...

Also if you try it, your device could break, just wait!
