sorry for the late reply but i wanna say a quick thing about this point.

God DIDN'T give us the ability to sin, it was actually Adam (Adam and Eve) that did so, he took the apple from the tree of life and ate it, which from that moment created sin.

Hope i cleared that out

Then how could there be sin before that? Really wasn't it the devil who tricked them? God isn't all seeing at all to me. Logic destroyed him quite a while ago. Not to mention churches too.

I agree runite, logic is destroying the existence of a God. Which in some cases is quite good. People use God as leeway a lot. A rising emperor, pharaoh, or dictator will say they were given their position by a God, making the civilians, in this case, worship them as such. As we become smarter, we eliminate more possibilities of a God existing, through Science and pure logic.

Yet many aren't emotionally strong to hand this fact, I blame their parents and the ones who influenced them at such a young age to believe in such stupidity. Religion will stop scientific progress, without this progress we will live shorter like the dark ages of Christian Europe.

I agree with the influences and how it will stop scientific process, but I don't think our lifespan will truly be affected by it

I understand that, but you said that religion will make our lifespan shorter, which I disagree with, I agree that scientific study will be judged at times.

Exactly, to me, the Bible might as well be sold on fiction shelves at Barnes and Noble or wherever.
