they are awarded by admins there is no way to achieve them

Like boss said you get them by earning them. Sometimes if you are friends with staff you can earn them easier .

As stated above, they are awarded by the admins to those who they feel deserve them.

The Wizard badge is also obtainable once in a blue moon by the Wizard competition that Hippie and the Scooby-Doo crew put together. It is perhaps the hardest test that one can attempt and only those who surpass Gandalf's knowledge and skill can win the competition.
