Do NOT settle for a moped. Sure, this truck will require some frequent upkeep, but who doesn't want a truck? $700 bucks isn't the worst price in the world either.

I'd rather get horrible gas mileage then be seen in a hybrid! All i'd have to do is fix the anti siphon valve and it would be go to go! BTW sounds like you gotta nice truck my dads rebuilding one now
