When you get a teddy bear and the box is moved into doctors quarters you can open the box then buy the perk run over and take a gun before you drop the bottle you can also do it in fishing hut. You can get as many guns as times you go down and buy the perk

i know one i didnt find it but i forgot who did you kill urself near thecom room like 50 feet from it then dont get revived when you spawn run to the com room and jump crouch right at the front of the perk machine and werever u died the zombies will all walk over there in a weird barrier type thing

You can go prone and crawl underneath the flogger
