What is the best way to get the fox emblem?

Get 2 or more kills with a rpg 50 times.

so you take your xbox and throw it out the window then dance around on 1 leg for 5 minute eat a raw fih and then slap yourself in the face. Hope it works.

Anyways, you have to get Multi kills with the RPG to get the emblem. (2 or more+ kills with one RPG)
