Not sure if any of you know this but my friends and I have discovered a variation of the Care Package glitch.
Here is what you need to do:
-Hold the Care Package in your hand
-HOLD the right trigger until your character leans down to throw it.
-Climb up on the object you're in front of and tap the D-Pad RIGHT ONCE while climbing.
This method works 100% of the time if done correctly. It's really hard to do this wrong but you'll know like the other one if you have your gun out. If done completely, you should have your care package still out.
If you have any questions please post them.

This does work....i figured this out like 3 weeks ago on accident....
it is alot faster than the original way.....
Be careful about doing the glitch....MS is banning consoles for it...

thats the only way to do the new care package glitch, but you can change classes with one man army or die instead of picking up your care package to get your next one. have fun =]

Cool that sounds like an easier way to do.
I don't normally use this glitch I don't use care package on HC SnD.
