Well first you need the ISO disk then you will need to open it to hot swap it which voids your warranty.

EDIT: Opening it by taking off the face plates then going inside the xbox to the mother board where the disc drive is. Look it up on youtube

Yes but that means you need a jtag and you can't go online so its pointless
