if you add dlc3_gd_item_UniqueParts.Title.Title_P_Anshin_Rose, dlc3_gd_item_UniqueParts.Title.Title_U_Atlas_Omega, and i think weewee super booster prefix change the quality of any item, and if you put two of any of them you can make them pearlesent

to me its all very complicated lol, i have to get used to everything and know what each part does what and that lol, i need to know more about modding and stuff

people used to be able to but i think they fixed it with the patch
