Im tring to get the software up to record but it says my pvr device is being used by another applicaTion but its NOT hellppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Try to reinstall the application and make sure your PVR is hooked up correctly, i personally do not have a PVR but i have a recording device and if i mess around with the cables i can usually get it to work.
