First off, there's no need for the flaming, arguing and in general this post. Recovery services are now prohibited on TTG, unless done by "Trusted Sellers" and as such Austin, it's your own fault that your rank has been reset and your FL cleared. I'd say you're lucky to have your account. If you believe Coolaid has done something to sabotage your account or something along that lines, PM me with proof and i'll look into it.
