You need to extract the file: open it in horizon and click on contents then click extract

Im glad to see people still use this thread.

how do i get the xbox save because when i do and then try to open it up in the editor it says that the file is not compatible or something like that? can someone help me out please

1. Move(not copy) your mass effect 3 save to your USB/HDD

2. Plug your USB/HDD into your computer and run Horizon

3. The Device Explorer should open, double cick the games tab then double click your ME3 Save

4. Click the contents tab and you should see Save_00XX.xbsav

5. Right click and extract it somewhere you can remember.
