1.Can a level 3 skiller do the quest to get cooking gaunlets.....

I'm sure it's possible for the bear head, because I've seen one with it.

Not sure about the cooking gauntlets. I forgot what quest you need for those.

you cant get cooking gauntlets, you have to kill like a level 95 with magic =/. EDIT: the quest is family crest.

I'f imagine you would be able to, however it would be terribly hard and for a level 3 skiller not worth the hastle.
