Here is the deal,Microsoft is going to keep up on this massive ban wave.The game producers are not patching the games because a lot less people will play the old games with out modz. Waw was patched for 3 or 4 days about 4 months ago.They went from 6 to 12 thousand people playing to 3 to 5 thousand.They un patched Waw! It would be nice if the two could work things out,but that's not looking like it's gonna happen any time soon.If you get profile banned more than a couple of times a console ban will be coming very soon! After that you are flagged.Any info you have give M.S will be used to track you.Most of all your I.P. credit card and all the info you must give to validate any M.S. point or gold card.After any ban change your I.P. make a new account with ALL NEW EMAIL AND INFO!!!! Nothing the same or you then can be banned with out proof of wrong doing. Trust me guys Good luck and mod safe.

i didn't read, because i have never gotten banned, also there is a lot of writing and it is blue... kind of annoying!

I have only gotten banned on Mw3..and that was my fault..
But, I do disagree with you, it's their job to ban, and keep things in line,..

Well they deserved to be banned. You agree to the Code of Conduct/ Terms of Use when you sign up, when you break them, they can legally suspend you from playing online.

you cant just patch then un-patch a game and an account ban and a console ban are usually for very different purposes
