I did have a Mic, I just chose not to talk as none of you even asked me questions. Also don't try to hide behind the fact that because I didn't speak, That was the reason I was booted. Your friend joined the Xbox Live Party, and then I was booted from the party, then game. If you clearly didn't want me to be there, you should have said so, and I would have gladly left. But the fact that your trying to hide behind these accusations, is even more saddening.
