or, just saying, but you could beat the game and get things without modding. you can mod if you want to but that takes the fun out of this style of games.

I have already beat the game and have all the achievments and high armor types, i just want to mix it up and have fun

There is no BEST save...

If you consider it, the Best save is the most overpowered.
