send it to the turtle beach company and ask for a replacement if its that big of a deal and if its under warrenty

You can go to Turtle Beach's website, and order another one they will ship you a brand new replacement wire.

Just find the one you need on the site and it's only like 10$ dollars.

Since that wire actually connects to the headset itself, I don't think their is anythign you can do unless pinpoint and rewire the wires, which takes time and skill in that profession. I myself was having trouble with my Turtle Beach X31's I Emailed, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and the best they could give me were to visit the repair page which they offer special wires for around $10 but my problem ended up solving its own problem. What I would do is tell Turtlebeach your situation and see what they can for you.
