Hello TTG,
Recently ive been trying to Mod Midnight Club Game Save! So far Ive just gave myself money rep and stuff! so now i decide to download one of the 100% Completion and speed mod etc......But i Put the file in modio rehash and reign(poor spelling not sure thats right) and save to memory stick on my acount but it doesnt change a thing?!?!?!?!?!
Please Give Me Answers!
Has It Been Patched???

Maybe, you messed up on the whole process, or it may have been patched, doubt it.

Never played the game, so maybe retry it, and watch a tut, or something, good luck.
