Well, i just purchased my comp online and getting it soon. Please tell me what you think and if it can run mw3, bf3 and other things.
Specs:
Case: Coolermaster haf 922 gaming case-black
Processor-AMD FX-8120 CPU(8x 3.10GHz/8mb l2 cache)
Processor cooling - liquid cpu cooling system (AMD)
Memory(8GB 4gbx2) ddr3-1600 module
Video Card- AMD radeon hd 6850 -1GB - single card
Motherboard--Asus M5A97 --AMD 970
Motherboard USB - Motherboard default USB
Power supply - 700 watt
Primary hard drive- 1TB
Data hard drive - ssd 120gb
Optical driver 24x dual format double layer
2nd Optical drive 24x dual format sony double layer
Flash media reader- 12 in 1 internal flash media card reader/writer
Network card - OnBoard lan network(GB or 10/100)
Operating system - Windows 7
Mouse and keyboard included both razer and the mouse mat from razer
Costed me $1096
Please tell me if its worth it and what games can it run.

damn you did the same mistake as me and go with fx series they seem fine just browsing internet and stuff but games they struggle compared to intel 2500k if I were you I would of stretched for the radeon 6950 6850 is still good though. Besides that your build looks not bad like you got water cooling, good SSD and still a quite good graphics card, and case and everything else.

Struggle? Have you even tested the FX series or are you just another Intel fanboy? That is an 8 core processor. That is overkill in my opinion. That won't struggle a cinch on the internet. :| That graphics card will be able to run most games on high to very high settings. Please know your stuff before you post.

You are correct on the FX is very good. But it is over-rated price wise. The 6850 is a very good GPU, but can't play BF3 on High. I would recommend, if possible changing to a 6950. And no, I am not an intel fanboy. I highly recommend AMD for a low budget gaming rig.
