I have been working out with our football team and i want to get more healthy
im going to start boxing i play basketball football and baseball
im 14 im 6'0 and weigh 214

Everyday, run to your limit. And run pass that limit. Challenge yurself, and when you get your cardio up, do push ups, pull ups, sit ups. If yoou go to a gym, Use the machines and put decent weight and do maybe 10 reps of thirty. But do it slowly or you will pull muscles in your shoulders. Its also important to eat really healthy and drnk a lot of water. Do this everyday and youll be good bro Good Luck

Cut out deserts and caffeine, also sodium.

Then start taking Cretin and protein.
