I'd say ... not to push or force the issue too much. If she's got a boyfriend, she's probably got a boyfriend. Chances are she could probably already tell how you felt about her - perhaps not so intensely - or she might think of you as a friend. That's not to say you've been 'friend zoned' but there must have been a reason why she showed you the photo of her boyfriend. At least, those are my thoughts on the matter.

Still, be there for her ... be wary of friend zone indicators. It's an odd one to gauge, being honest, but don't give up hope! But don't, you know, involve yourself too heavily if she's got a boyfriend - you don't want to wind up in a bad place as a result. Keep your options open. Of course, that's easier said than done, but don't put all your eggs in one basket ... or something like that?

Just wait till she see he is not right for her then be her shoulder to cry on

If that does not work let her no because you may regret not telling her
