Yes I got console banned for that to and for Vulgar Language,Stalking (I dont stalk my friend sent me hes phone number and though I was a stalker geez) and for Account stealing but I'm sure it's from from account stealing if you read the new terms of xbox live it says that you can get console banned if you attempt to mod the console at all. Don't buy a Xbox at-least don't mod anymore I stick with PC though .
