I am using GTA IV 1.0.4.0. with InGame Trainer 1.9.0.
In the readme file.. It clearly says:
"Default keys
F1 - Open/close trainer
NUMPAD4/NUMPAD6 - Browse left/right
NUMPAD8/NUMPAD2 - Browse up/down
NUMPAD5 - Select/accept
Backspace - Back"

I opened the menu and push the numbers and it doesnt do sh*t! I need help because the mod menu is sitting right there in my face and i cant even work the damn thing.. help?

Virus scan? try that cause it might be fake.
