its personal preferences, i think pc because i dont like the mouse on a laptop to play pc games.

If it's laggy, it can differ.

What's your CPU? What's your video card? Try changing your render distance. If it's multiplayer, it could be your connection, or maybe your RAM.

you can get optnifind to stop most of the lag and dont play in full screen
