Your video card is PCIe 3.0 x16 and your motherboard only supports up to PCIe 2.0 x16, so look for a different video card.
CPU cooler: Would recommend upgrading on that too, just because if you plan on really pushing that system and playing games on max setting, your CPU will overheat very quickly.
Actually PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible its just that 3.0 gives twice as much bandwith as 2.0
