That looks fine. Except I would recommend a 7200 RPM HDD just for faster load times, but it's not necessary.
Your video card is PCIe 3.0 x16 and your motherboard only supports up to PCIe 2.0 x16, so look for a different video card.
CPU cooler: Would recommend upgrading on that too, just because if you plan on really pushing that system and playing games on max setting, your CPU will overheat very quickly.

Actually PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible its just that 3.0 gives twice as much bandwith as 2.0

I never said that it didn't. I was trying to state that why spend the money on a card that you won't be able to take full advantage of its speed? It's easier to find a new card than find a whole new motherboard.
