Could I use the J-runner app to do all of this? Does the J-Runner work with the Cygnos?

Well if you're XBL nand is booting, redump it
Create an ECC image
You will need to run this image through Nandpro
nandpro Xell.bin: +w16 image_00000000.ecc
Than write xell.bin to your RGH nand using Cygnos toolbox
