I only have 80 bucks so which one is the best?

I would go with the DVD 107 for 80 bucks but it's your decision.

If I were You, Save Like 10-20 more bucks and buy a roxio game capture it is like a cheaper pvr but the quality is good

There all the same.

Buy a Roxio gamecap or a HD PVR.

I have experience with capture cards and the Dazzle that says HD is not HD at all.

The roxio goes to 480p but the HD PVR (I have it) goes to 720p.

HD PVR costs 200 dollars I believe and The roxio costs around $50 to $70.
