there might be a way because my game started glitching out only for me and I started floating up in the skying slowly. it was weird and my teams sheilds were recharging fast.

I can get out of just about any map. Use Human Male Vanguard with Biotic Charge fully upgraded. Target an enemy while you are taking cover. They must be taking cover as well. When they peek around the corner, wait a few seconds and RIGHT AS they are leaning back into cover, use biotic charge. If done perfectly, you will merge yourself into either the object you are taking cover on, or the item they are as well. You will start to see your screen get "laggy". Just be aware where you walk when on a barrier or else you'll end up in the spawn. And yeah, It draws all the enemies to the spawn and team members get instant shield restorations. Pretty simple. Hope that helps.
