Well that case supports Micro-ATX and Standard ATX sized motherboards.
That motherboard seems Micro-ATX but I looked and didn't find the size.
If you're getting this case for a motherboard like that would be pointless.
Also the NZXT phantom 410 is a better choice for 20$ less.
I would recommend you build a entirely new PC.

I wouldn't recommend scrapping arts for a new build. It seems to be micro-atx so yes it would fit fine. If you are scrapping parts, be sure that you aren't bottle-necking them due to older parts.
