Should free members be able to help earn XP for a clan they are in, but just not get any of the rewords until they buy premium?

We are a new Call of Duty: Elite Clan. The name of the clan is "Suck Me Up" and we are only level 1 but only need 250 more xp to level up. We will be enlisting in almost all of the Clan Operations in order to earn xp. We NEED Premium members and Founders in order to compete in the Clan Operations. (Free Members can't help with Clan Operations)

Order of importance:
-All founders with a XP Boost
-Founders with XP Boost and their friends
-Premium Members / Founders(w/o xp boost)
-People with good K/D spreads
-Friends of Premium members and Founders(w/o xp boost)
-People with good W/L ratio
-Everyone else's friends

Forum to fill out:
Gamertag-
Founder (XP Boost?)-
Premium-
K/D-
W/L-

**If you are a Founder with the XP boost you will get invited, even if you have a terrible K/D or W/L, so dont worry about filling them out if you have the XP boost.

Thanks and yea its hard recruiting new members because everyone wants to join a clan that is high in level and they dont trust that we will do clan ops or something. But hopefully this forum will work and people will start joining because there is no sense in replying to a post that already has 200 people replying to it because there is a max number of players per clan which is 100 people.
