Has the falling sensation ever happened to you? its when your half asleep not fully. Then suddenly it feels like your falling and then wake up. Just wondering

Isn't that lucid dreaming ? I'm not sure
When i'm waking up but still quite sleepy, i think i'm doing something such as looking at my phone but when i wake up i'm like "wtf where's my phone?" as i expect it to be in my hand. Pretty weird.

Stevs wrote Isn't that lucid dreaming ? I'm not surelucid dreaming is being in control where this is unavoidable and random. I think it might be that your body thinks your so light that if you even twitch it will snap you back and make you have the sensation of falling.
