I am looking for a new PC build and my budget is 1400$ !!(custom of course) and need the parts do if you can link me a full list of the best custom parts or just a specific good part I will rep

Here's a nice gaming rig without a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or OS. If you need any of those you can get a cheaper video card or buy the CPU fan later.
If you don't need any of those, you could buy a small SSD to store your OS on.

And I don't think that high of wattage in a power supply is necessary unless he plans on doing future upgrades. But either way, more is better.
